Associate Building Consultancy - Energy & Sustainability Solutions (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Beratung von Investoren in allen Bereichen der Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit (ESG Taxonomie SFDR und Dekarbonisierung)
• Leitung der Beratungsprojekte im Kontext des Nachhaltigen Bauens insbesondere im Rahmen von Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen (DGNB BREEAM WELL oder LEED) und Lebenszyklusanalysen
• Leitung der bauökologischen Beratung und Begleitung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten
• Erarbeitung von ganzheitlichen Lösungen im Sinne unserer Kunden in abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projektmonitoring bzw. Baucontrolling
• Durchführung von TDDs für alle Nutzungsklassen (Büro Produktion Logistik Hotel Wohnen Pflegeheime etc.
• Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentümern Investoren und Mietern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d) alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjähriger Erfahrung
• relevante Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich TDD Projektmonitoring oder Nachhaltigkeitsberatung
• Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke TGA Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a. Planungs- und Bauordnungsrecht Betreiber- und Instandhaltungspflichten Grundbuch etc.)
• Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit zur Verfassung von Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Interesse am eigenständigen konzentrierten und genauen Arbeiten
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
