Purpose of Job
Contribute to the attraction and motivation of employees by providing benchmarking information remuneration analysis and market practice insights. Support the flawless execution of STI and LTI allocations within International Chemicals as well as the annual salary increase processes for International Chemicals globally (outside tariff structures mainly).
Key Accountabilities
- Support the annual rewards processes and improvement thereof in SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Regularly review the market reference on remuneration and provide input and guidance on market trends to local HR
- Participate in benchmarking surveys
- Analyse remuneration aspects for specific groups e.g. gender pay gap analysis including presentation of the results
- Create and update tools supporting local HR e.g. promotion cost impact tool or AI agents
- Provide guidance for ad hoc salary reviews and external offerings
- Render specialist support to local HR
- Support the reward education of managers and employees and develop learning material
- Support HR budgeting processes
- Participate in further HR projects
Working Experience
At least one year of professional experience in human resources or similar fieldRequired Personal and Professional Skills
Strong analytical and integrative skills including the ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical and systematic wayAdvanced Excel skillsAdept at working with technology and learning new systems and technology as necessaryStrong customer focus and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and focus on operational excellence and improvementProficient in English (spoken and written)Your Benefits
