Your Mission

You are the Founders' Associate Intern: a highly motivated generalist who provides critical leverage to the founders across strategic projects, growth initiatives, and operational challenges. You will get a 360-degree view of how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operates at the earliest stage.

Tasks

• Strategic Research: Conduct deep market research on competitors, adjacent technologies, and potential partners to inform product and growth strategies.
• Operational Execution: Own and manage cross-functional projects—from drafting investor updates and organizing internal processes to setting up initial outbound sales experiments.
• Growth Support: Directly support the marketing and sales funnels, translating key consumer marketing trends (discovered by our Viral Analyst team) into actionable GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for viral(.)app.
• Data Synthesis: Help track and synthesize core business KPIs (e.g., pipeline, burn rate, user activation) to prepare materials for daily decisions and weekly reporting.

• Exceptional Communicator: Possesses world-class writing and presentation skills; you can make complex ideas simple and persuasive.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You love data and spreadsheets, and have an impeccable attention to detail necessary for handling sensitive business information.
• Proactive & Hands-On: A high-agency individual who identifies problems and immediately takes ownership of finding solutions. You don't wait for instructions.
