Merchant Solutions Technology

The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to provide our clients new products and innovation to meet their growing needs within an Agile FinTech-like setup. We deliver innovative products such as our Digital Payment Gateway (creating an API based solution allowing Marketplaces and Merchant to streamline their payment processing and settlement activities).

As part of our new team at the Berlin Tech Hub you will work closely with our business stakeholders and product managers to build and enhance our Agile environment. You will be the link between the business and our technical delivery squads, ensuring good lines ofmunication, and effectively working with across a broad spectrum of agile delivery experience.

As an Agile Delivery Engineer (f / m / x) you will be responsible for end to end ownership of our tribe wide agile delivery processes coupled with key result tracking, reporting andmunication.

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify strategic key business objectives and provide solution rmendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
• Execution of program and project management, . : project delivery, timelines / milestones, project progress monitoring, status reports
• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effectivepletion of project milestones.
• Enhancing the existing Agile culture of the tribe through coaching and leadership,bining training and collaboration alongside processes and tools, to push the tribe further along its Agile transformation and delivery model.
