Sales Segment Manager, UIS, General Imaging, DE (f / m / d) Location : Germany Position Overview : Builds business by identifying and selling solutions; developing & maintaining professional relationships with clients, KOLs; targets on high-end breakthrough; strong teamworking spirit. Role Functions : Fully understand the national healthcare regulations & organizations and national hospital structures and knowhows Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information Ability to demonstrate both clinical and sales aptitude Excellent communication and presentation skills A hands-on and customer-centric approach Ability to forge strong relationships in a commercial environment Open minded with Flexible approach Determination to succeed and overall career ambition Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor degree in a science-related degree, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline or other professional relevant experiences. Minimum 2 years of proven track record in Medical Device sales preferably in Ultrasound Imaging, Colour Doppler. Self motivated and good teamwork spirit.
