The Product Sales Specialist Sample Preparation is responsible for driving sales growth of the Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation portfolio within the assigned North / East Germany territory. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling and full ownership of complex sales projects, contributing directly to sustainable business growth. This position reports to the Manager Sample Preparation DACH and is part of the Sample Preparation commercial team within CEE working remotely to cover North and East Germany (e.g. : Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig, …) In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Drive sales growth for the Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation portfolio (e.g. EM Enuity, EM ICE, ACE 200 / 600, GP2, TIC3X) within the assigned territory. Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and technical consultation to negotiation and deal closure. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share, particularly in industrial and materials science segments. Build and develop long-term customer relationships across academia, industry, pharma, and clinical environments through consultative selling. Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams while ensuring accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and KPI reporting . The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable technical vocational qualification. Experience in Electron Microscopy, Sample Preparation, or comparable complex analytical technologies (e.g. materials characterization, X-ray spectroscopy) is preferred. Demonstrated experience in direct sales and business development of technically complex products within a scientific, analytical, or industrial environment. Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and high-value investment decisions Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the territory (approximately 60%).
