StellenbeschreibungExperience of 5 years or more in a similar position Knowledge of the REYNAERS and SCHÜCO ranges would be an advantage Knowledge of frame assembly and fitting techniques would be an advantage Knowledge of standard hardware systems Negotiating and accounting skills Plan reading skills Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Compliance with safety rules and standards in force Clean and tidy work Autonomous, motivated and organised Sociable and team player Language requirements : French, German is a plus Driving licence required A full-time permanent contract (40 hours / week) Training in our methods and organisation A fixed salary Attractive working conditions A varied job in a young, dynamic team
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for :
Estimator – Measurement technician (m / f)
Working in the design office, you will be responsible for costing and estimating exterior locksmith projects as accurately as possible, in terms of both costs and human resources. With good business and accounting acumen, you will negotiate and optimize prices while seeking to satisfy customers. You will also produce feasibility studies for the client and precise specifications for the project.
Your missions :
- Draw up public or private specifications
- Study bills of quantities and specifications
- Take measurements from plans and know how to take measurements
- Analyse and propose technical variants with a view to optimizing costs
- Calculate project costs
- Prepare project budgets for management by the Technical Department
- Negotiate prices and deadlines with suppliers
