have an Engineering Degree in aerospace engineering (or equivalent) and work experience as stress engineer
have solid skills of standard stress analysis methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young)
have good knowledge in FE Modeling techniques including pre- and post-processing (Hypermesh, Optistruct, NASTRAN, ABAQUS)
