This position requires a university degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, offshore engineering or comparable technical qualification Knowledge and experience of offshore cable installation and burial, knowledge of German offshore regulations is an advantage Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various diverse project teams and internal / external partners / stakeholders Very good written and spoken German and English communication skills ~ Willingness to travel on business and Class and a B driving license is required You manage and support the research and development projects in the field of cable installation with the purpose of optimizing TenneT’s offshore assets You take over the Support on the preparation of tender documents and specifications for cable projects as well as in negotiations You are the contact person for technical questions during construction, operation and maintenance phases for offshore cables You actively contribute a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and external contractors Flexible working hours without fixed times and home office options allow you to organize your work individually.
