About the Role :

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with deep expertise in private markets. The individual will be responsible for expanding our client base within the DACH market , with a particular focus on building and leveraging relationships across the Private Wealth sector. The position requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to achieving substantial capital placement targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Annual Placement Target : Achieve an annual capital placement target of €50 million to €100 million, demonstrating the ability to source and secure significant client investments.
  • Market Coverage : Drive business development efforts within the DACH market, identifying and engaging with potential clients in Frankfurt and other key regions.
  • Private Markets Expertise : Offer in-depth knowledge and insights across private market asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Real Estate, with a particular focus on Fund of Funds (FoF) and Single Funds.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and manage relationships with a network of clients in the Private Wealth space, including Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Single Family Offices (SFOs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), Independent Asset Managers, and Private Banks.
  • Business Development : Serve as a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively developing sales strategies and initiatives to expand market reach.

Key Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in sales within the private markets space, with a strong network in Private Wealth.
  • Extensive knowledge of Private Markets (PE, PC, IS, RE) and experience in related fund structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed capital placement targets, with a strong focus on B2B relationship building.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently and drive business development initiatives.
