  • Provide leadership for continuous improvement in the areas of financial accounting, standardizing and simplifying processes, internal controls, and internal financial reporting working closely with COE Controllers, Technical Accounting, Governance, Tax, BU Controllers and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure global alignement of service catalogue
  • Provide excellent customer service to key stakeholders ensuring proper execution service catalogue
  • Collaborate with other leaders to identify and implement best practices across COE
  • Maintain a strong internal and operational control environment in compliance with company policies
  • Review and analyze consolidated financial results to ensure materially accurate per US GAAP guidelines
  • Support annual review / revision of Key Financial Controls (SOX requirements) and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
  • Analyze financial statements and / or supporting schedules and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Facilitate global consolidation of financial results, disclosures requirements, Sox controls, and other reporting for customers as requested
  • Support COE projects as approved through demand management to ensure standardization and simplifications of processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through collaboration of thought, innovative ideas, and proactive behavior
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA) is strongly preferred
  • Significant experience in financial accounting, consolidation, and internal reporting within a global corporate environment
  • Demonstrated track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and simplification projects
  • Proven experience with internal controls, SOX compliance, and maintaining operational control environments
  • Expert level proficiency in accounting, external reporting and internal controls (SOX404 is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a strong leadership presence among business unit leaders and serve as a trusted finance partner
  • Experience in food / agri business would be advantage
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on process improvement and innovation
  • Understanding of US GAAP principles and the ability to ensure financial results comply with these guidelines
  • Proficient in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Microsoft Office Suite
