Main Purpose of the role
To develop and deliver training programs for all of Ishida Europe’s product range to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop formal training modules for the Ishida product range (existing products and New Development Plan working together with Product Management).
- Deliver training modules to satisfy customer requirements.
- Ensure output of the training section is accurate, on time and achieves Ishida standards.
- Ensure records and databases are accurately maintained.
- Ensure safe working practices are understood, implemented and maintained.
- Carry out assessments following training and certify.
- Maintain database for training records.
- Understand and comply with the relevant sections of our ISO 9001-2008 quality standard.
- Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of training.
- To be prepared to travel at short notice to any destination.

To be successful in the role; you must be fluent in English and German, hold an Engineering degree and have experience in designing and delivering training to customers. It would be desirable to have experience within the food industry or our products.
You will be able to work as part of a highly motivated team, have a positive attitude and will do attitude. Your communication skills will be excellent along with being able to plan and organise your workload, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Part of this role will be to make decisions and to be able to convey and assimilate complex information.
