Your Impact

Were entering our next big growth phase - scaling Tacto to become the defining Procurement Intelligence Execution System for industrial companies globally. The coming years are about integrating even deeper into our customers supply chains expanding internationally and building the organizational backbone to support that growth.

In this role youll play a key role in making this happen. Youll work directly with André (CEO) Robert (Head of Revenue) and Alex (Chief of Staff) to build and scale the teams that power Tactos next chapter. Youll take ownership from day one driving recruiting for our commercial organization setting up scalable processes and helping design the systems that allow Tacto to grow fast without losing focus or quality.

Its a hands-on high-trust role at the center of our growth story - ideal for someone who wants to learn company-building from the inside and see real impact early.

Your Tasks

Build our GTM Engine : Take full ownership of all GTM hiring. Identify engage and close the best commercial talent in the market. Youre building the team that builds the company

Systemize and Scale : Design the processes and playbooks that make our talent function scalable. Use automation data and storytelling to raise the bar

Shape how Tacto shows up : Actively contribute to our employer brand and storytelling. Create moments content and experiences that make Tacto the place where top commercial talent wants to work in Europe

Know the Org inside out : Understand every moving part of our GTM motion - how teams collaborate how we measure success and where we need to evolve next. Then help design it

Expand your scope : Once the foundation is built take on broader company-building topics - from people development and performance management to AI enablement and culture initiatives

Your Profile

Smart driven and hungry to build - you get energy from moving fast and seeing results

Youve seen what great looks like - through an internship or role in a top-tier startup consulting or VC environment

You like to get your hands dirty - you like solving problems hands-on not just talking about them

You have strong people intuition - you can read people fast connect easily and build trust

Youre a storyteller who can sell a vision and get others excited to join it

Youre curious about how companies grow - and you could see yourself staying in the People Talent or Org-Building space long-term

Ideally 12 years of professional experience (not required); fluent in German and English

We see this role as a company building apprenticeship. Youll work on one of the companys most important projects directly with the Senior Leadership shape the teams that shape Tacto and see your fingerprints on the companys trajectory within months. Youll be surrounded by people who move fast expect excellence and care deeply about building something that lasts. After the first year you will carve your own path - whether thats in People BizOps or a commercial function.
