Your tasks
You will manage the IT support team (in coordination with the head of department) with a total of approx. 6 employees in technical and disciplinary terms : You delegate tasks and responsibilities in a targeted manner You will ensure efficient personnel planning (duty and vacation planning) in line with the department's workflow You monitor and optimize work processes and the quality standards applicable in system management You manage, motivate and develop the team using regular staff appraisalsYou have technical responsibility for hardware and standard software for employee workstationsPlanning, monitoring, controlling and documenting IT servicesYou will set up and maintain a knowledge management system for processing 1st and 2nd level supportYou will also be responsible for developing medium and long-term managed services strategiesManagement of external service providersYou will be responsible for carrying out error analyses and subsequent troubleshooting for users and customersOperational collaboration in the team is a matter of course for you, as is the management and implementation of projects (focus on migration, rollout and transition projects)Your profile
Successfully completed technical degree in an IT-related professional field, such as a degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist (m / f / d)Several years of professional experience in the field of IT servicesKnowledge of setting up and operating Windows operating systems and applications requiredExperience in managing employees and willingness to undergo further training in management topics; previous training is an advantageConfident and friendly appearance, high social competence and a service-oriented way of working
