Hauptaufgaben :

  • Technische Koordination des Ingenieurprojektteams leiten und verschiedene technische Disziplinen überwachen.
  • Planung und Steuerung von Ingenieurprojekten mit Fokus auf Qualität, Zeitpläne und Kosten.
  • Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation in allen Planungsphasen.
  • Entwicklung alternativer Lösungen, Überprüfung von Spezifikationen und Bewertung von Zeichnungen / Dokumenten.
  • Koordination technischer Aspekte mit der Serienproduktion, einschließlich Qualifikation, Belastungsanalyse und elektrischer / Systemintegration.
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden zur Klärung technischer Projektdetails und Durchführung technischer Bewertungen.
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebs- und Programmmanagementteams bei der Erstellung von Projektvorschlägen.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen :

  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Ausdauer in komplexen Umgebungen zu bewahren.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf effiziente Zielerreichung.
  • Starke Integrationsfähigkeit im Team.
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und hervorragendes Organisationstalent.

    • Qualifikationen :

  • Ingenieurabschluss in Maschinenbau oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie und 3 Jahre im Projektmanagement.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Catia V5 und SAP.

    • Sprachkenntnisse :

  • Fließend in Deutsch für die Geschäftskommunikation.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the technical coordination of the engineering project team and oversee various technical disciplines.
  • Plan and control engineering projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and costs.
  • Manage project documentation across all planning phases.
  • Develop alternative solutions, review specifications, and assess drawings / documents.
  • Coordinate technical aspects with series production, including qualification, stress analysis, and electrical / systems integration.
  • Liaise with customers to clarify technical project details and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Support sales and program management teams in the preparation of project proposals.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and maintain perseverance in complex environments.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style, with an emphasis on achieving goals efficiently.
  • Strong team integration skills.

    • Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry and 3 years in project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Catia V5, and SAP.
