As an IT system administrator (m / f / d), you will keep our customers' IT infrastructure running and provide them with our "all-round carefree package".

Tasks :

  • You look after servers and client operating systems and are responsible for keeping the entire IT infrastructure running
  • You install and maintain our user hardware so that our customers can work smoothly
  • You evaluate and analyze error notifications
  • By creating technical documentation within our knowledge base, you ensure preventive troubleshooting measures and keep your team constantly up to date
  • You implement IT security measures such as firewalls, encryption and access controls to protect data from unauthorized access
  • You help to automate and optimize our internal processes so that we can constantly improve
  • You support the system engineers in the planning and implementation of IT projects

Qualifications :

  • IT affinity and professional experience in this field
  • You are a real team player
  • Your German language skills are very good in spoken & written (at least C1)
  • You are curious and have creative ideas
  • You are goal-oriented and have a talent for communication
  • You have an open ear for our customers
