Digital Transformation Process Specialist - Region Europe East (REE) (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will be responsible for mapping business processes to identify improvement opportunities and gather business requirements while being able to translate them into requirement specification which can be understood by the development teams
• Also you will prioritize, plan and track regional business requirements
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation will be part of your tasks
• You will be responsible for consulting Regional Business and Heads of Department to identify improvement opportunities
• Under your responsibility will be also establishing and maintaining successful engagement between IT and Regional Business Units within the roles process stream to ensure continuous, relevant, and successful optimization of Business Processes
• Your goal is to stay up to date on Global IT standard platforms and solutions
• Additionally you will measure and track effectiveness and adoption of process improvements
• And ensuring adherence to and implementation of security standards across Regional Applications

What makes you great

• You possess a BSC degree in appropriate functional area and you are acquainted with problem solving tools ( lean, LSS, agile)
• You have excellent project management skills
• You provide relevant certifications : Six Sigma, Scrum Master
• On top of this you are experienced in Quality and Requirements Management in business applications
• You have a minimum 3 years direct business experience or multiple years consulting in business or productivity roles
• Proven track record of an extensive knowledge of business processes and application functionality to enable the resolution of complex problems and influence continuous improvement
• You have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in English (other REE languages a benefit) and also exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
• You are able to explore technology and use leading edge thinking to broaden the knowledge of the business and transfer knowledge to the users
• You have the ability to operate in a Regional and Global environment, and influence key stakeholders for support and guidance
