Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional customer support in German via phone email and chat.
Efficiently and professionally address customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements :

Valid work permit in Portugal (residence card or EU ID).

At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support (preferred).

Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).

Willing to relocate to Lisbon.
