Weare currently seeking a Strategic AllianceManager who will be responsible for driving business growthnon-direct OEMsales.

Whatwe’ll get youdoing :

  • Activelydevelop and manage key relationships to drive businessopportunities for growth of Phenomenex products with private labeland OEM arrangements.
  • Working directly withcross-functional teams including, Product Management, Sales,Marketing, Operations, and other supporting functions to developpricing programs and product configurations that best suitstrategic partner requirements, negotiate terms and conditionsconsistent with company policy and capabilities, and ensurestrategic partner compliance with terms and conditions within theagreement
  • Conduct business reviews withstrategic partners on a quarterly or other basis per negotiatedagreements
  • Presents product pipeline and newlylaunched products to strategicpartners

Theessential requirements of the roleinclude :

  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree
  • Previous experience inalliance management, procurement, product management, sales accountmanagement, or market development isdesirable
  • Experience managing both large andsmall key relationships, distribution partners, or OEMmanufacturers strongly preferred
  • Role is remotelocated in European region
  • Travel potentiallyup to 40% domestic andinternational
  • Itwould be a plus if you also have the followingcharacteristics :

  • Executivepresence and interaction skills, with ability to influencedecisions across all levels of anorganization
  • Able to work as a productivemember of a team in a matrix organization with the ability to adaptand handle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal,written, and presentation skills
  • Resultsoriented individual with focused urgency; strong work ethic,ambition and drive for success
  • Able to workindependently; self-motivated for continuedlearning
  • LI-remote
