You’ll be the main point of contact for new clients, introducing them to Oracle and building their relationship with our support teams.

What You’ll Do

We need you to understand operating systems, hardware, software, networks, and how they work together. You’ll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes.

  • Answer support calls and queries in German
  • Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team
  • Resolve issues in real-time where possible
  • Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues
  • Update cases in our customer database
  • Communicate case progress to customers
  • Meet or exceed individual and company targets
  • Experience in POS Systems and from the Restaurant / Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
  • Fluent German
  • Shifts allocated between 08.00-18.00
  • 3 days per week in office required
