We are seeking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Head of our Tender (f / m / d) Organization, with a specific focus on develop a strong partnership with the leading sales and tendering organizations within the Business areas. In the current market environment it is essential to form reliable partnerships with consortium partners and suppliers in an early stage which is part of the responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 30 plus employees, developing competitive set ups for erection & commissioning, and driving the successful acquisition of projects related to Siemens Energy solutions for HVDC, Grid Access, FACTS, Power Plants and Hydrogen Plants.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and manage the tender organization team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure commitment and efficiency
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the tendering process for Siemens Energy portfolio, including identifying new concepts and set ups.
Collaborate with BA tendering and sales collaborators to align on project requirements, technical specifications, and contractual terms
Be responsible for the preparation of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Siemens Energy standards and guidelines
Provide leadership in evaluating consortium partners and erection contractors, negotiating contracts
Develop strong relationships with consortium partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer happiness
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to Siemens Energy solutions

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred

Several years of professional leadership and management experience in a tender organization, with a focus on Siemens Energy portfolio

Strong understanding of Energy products, solutions, and industry standards

Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets within a competitive market

Proficiency in project management tools and software

In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, contract management and project execution
