Aufgaben
Within the Information Systems Department of ODDO BHF Group, you will directly be reporting to the Head of Business Services, your main missions will be to :
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction for Business and maintaining it at all times
- Work close with Business to deliver products in the best way
- Control of the Quality of Service on applications used by our Business (mainly Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors)
- Manage all necessary communications and crisis meetings on incidents
- Provide KPI on products stability
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders (Business, IT, external providers)
You integrate a young and dynamic team present in France and Germany. You will work in an innovative technical context within a team passionate about new technologies and digital environments.

You have a first experience in project managementYou are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and tenaciousYou have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service and enjoy working in a teamYou know the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA ..)Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
