What You’ll Do

Own a high-impact workstream and lead an agile team that touches millions, from discovery → launch → iteration

Grow the user base : improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with a product led growth mindset

Build the AI scheduling core : partner with Data and Design to define problems, metrics, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop flows

Create compounding loops : invites, collaboration, and team workflows that drive virality and org-level adoption

Level up integrations : deepen value across Google / Outlook, Zoom / Meet, Slack / Teams, CRMs, and calendar ecosystems

Experiment at scale : run A / B tests, measure uplift, and build an experimentation backlog that compounds learning

Tell the story : You’re great at explaining complicated ideas in a simple way, to any audience.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Product Management for B2B / B2C SaaS with end-to-end ownership at scale
• Proven growth chops (PLG, funnels, experiments, pricing / packaging, loops)
• Comfortable discussing LLMs / AI / NLP with our Data team
• Excellent product discovery and communication; you turn ambiguity into crisp decisions
• High sense of ownership and agency; you proactively spot and deliver high-leverage opportunities
• And most importantly : you’re great to work with . You collaborate openly, bring positive energy, and help the team do its best work — no big egos, just shared wins.
• Nice to have includes experience in EdTech, HealthTech, or B2B SaaS.
