Responsibilities

Determine the relevant query intention with all the information displayed on the working platform, evaluate whether this search ad can satisfy demand and score it. Then comment on the evaluation and choose problem type.
Provide good quality data, and a good utilization rate.
Complete the daily output target, and daily working hours.
Attend calibration meetings per project needs.
Flag to the project manager if you spot any misalignment in project guideline understanding, discrepancies in production goals, etc.
Guarantee completing the project until the end.

Requirements

Native speakers of German

Good command of English (minimum B2 English level for Labeler, and C1 for Trainer).

Up-to-date PC (Windows 10 or later) or Mac (Big Sur or later) with stable utility and Internet connection.

Available to work 4-6 hours per day with a fixed schedule (usually 9am-6pm GMT+7, with a 1-hour lunch break).

Participate in the training sessions according to the agenda and may require 8 hrs a day (estimated training duration - 2 Week).
