Your responsibilities
- P&L and KPI Management – Assist in monitoring financial performance and KPIs to support the 3DC business line in reaching its targets and ensuring profitable growth.
- Sales Collaboration & Account Development - Work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to support client projects, shape proposals, and drive commercial success.
- Strategic Initiatives & Contractual Steering - Lead and support strategic and tactical initiatives. Translate insights into actionable measures and support contract design and pricing strategies.
- Market & Competitor Analysis - Continuously analyze market trends and competitors. Provide insights that shape commercial strategy and product-market fit.
- Go-to-Market & Project Leadership - Support product launches and drive go-to-market execution across departments. Coordinate internal contributors and manage commercial project milestones.
Your profile
Proven experience in commercial or client-facing roles such as Sales, Business Development, Project Management, or Account Management – ideally in the collections, finance, or service industries.Comfortable with financial figures and reporting – you understand P&L dynamics and can translate them into action.Experience in or exposure to contract management, tenders, and negotiation.Strong interpersonal sensitivity and assertiveness – you're able to push projects forward while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. Executive assistant experience can be a plus.Business fluency in German and English – as many projects are German-based.Nice to have
Familiarity with debt collection, financial services, or compliance-oriented industriesPrevious involvement in collections or receivables management is a strong asset
