Our client is a fintech company with offices in Oslo (HQ), Stockholm, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Johannesburg, and London. With the help of their internal financial experts, they develop technology to simplify all aspects of their corporate clients' (B2B) equity-based incentive programs for employees. They currently work with customers such as Breitling, Telenor, HomeToGo, BitPanda, Proton, and many more. They have doubled their turnover every year since launching in 2018. Now, they're entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a new team member to play a key role in that journey.
As an Account Executive, you will be a crucial part of their commercial team and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive commercial success in the DACH region from their Frankfurt office. You'll use consultative sales approaches to fuel revenue growth while becoming a trusted advisor to customers—helping them adopt and scale equity incentive programs, and unlocking the full value of our client’s platform. Collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams, you’ll also help refine their go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
