Your tasks

Primary technical planning of substations : Expertise in system design for new builds and conversions of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage substations, including calculations, dimensioning, construction and verification.

Preparation of planning documents ready for implementation : Responsible for detailed planning documents for installation teams, in strict compliance with technical and regulatory standards, in close coordination with customers and project management.

Independent primary planning & calculations : Carrying out primary planning using AutoCAD 3D or Primtech, including essential calculations such as short circuit calculations, lightning protection calculations and the creation of parts lists.

Technical advice & material ordering : Contact person for construction site teams for primary technical issues and support with ordering processes for installation materials (e.g. high-voltage clamps).

Project management & quality assurance : Control and definition of specifications in project execution, plausibility and quality checks of external engineering services and coordination with customers.

Your profile

Qualifications in the field of electrical engineering & energy technology : Completed studies (engineer, Bachelor, Master) in electrical engineering or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology. Alternatively : Completed training as a technician (m / f / d) in electrical engineering / power engineering or comparable technical qualification (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical engineering)

Experience in high and extra-high voltage planning : Practical knowledge in the planning of high and extra-high voltage systems, especially in the field of primary technology, is an advantage

CAD & MS Office skills : Confident handling of CAD systems (preferably AutoCAD 2D / 3D and / or Primtech) as well as experienced use of MS Office applications.

Language skills & willingness to travel : Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) and willingness to travel for on-site project support

Personal skills : Independent, committed and communicative way of working in a project team as well as a strong service orientation
