• Oversee the implementation of a new applicant tracking system, ensuring seamless integration across EU and APAC markets
• Manage Delivery Service Partner (DSP) engagement, including pilot programs, onboarding, and success metrics
• Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and collaborate with vendor points of contact
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (EU, NA) and external vendors for project alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timelines and project integrity are maintained
• Lead change management strategies to support smooth system adoption across diverse teams and countries
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison with the system vendor, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training initiatives to enhance system proficiency among teams
• Utilize strong communication skills to convey technical information and build relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in program / project management, particularly with large-scale global technology projects
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with partners or franchise owners in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong project management skills, including risk mitigation and effective stakeholder communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English is mandatory and Additional European languages (French, Spanish) are highly desirable
