Internship Communication & Learning R&D

About this Position

We are looking for a motivated intern to support the development and execution of our global communication strategy and contribute to shaping our learning initiatives within the R&D organization. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic communication, digital content creation and learning design in an innovative and international environment.

What you´ll do

• Support the implementation of the R&D communication strategy for the upcoming year
• Assist in creating and publishing engaging content for internal and external channels, e.g. newsletters, intranet, LinkedIn
• Contribute to social media campaigns and storytelling initiatives and help with video editing and production for communication purposes
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and project updates
• Collaborate on shaping learning requirements and concepts for R&D
• Support in creating learning materials, e.g. short guides and digital content
• Assist in organizing and promoting learning activities and events and research trends and best practices in communication and learning
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and creativity in all deliverables

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050 - 2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
