ITC Infotech recently acquired a portion ofPTC’s implementation services team and has now set up its ownbusiness unit called DxP Services, which will be the largestconcentration of Windchill PLM services expertise in the industry.PLM experts transferring from PTC will combine with ITCI’s existingPLM practice to deliver PTC Windchill implementations to ourcustomers. DxP Services is selling and delivering DigitalTransformation programs and is also PTC’s chosen partner for thejoint development and delivery of SaaS conversion projectsglobally. Our focus has always been and continues to be getting ourcustomers to value – DxP Services will have the perfect mix ofreputation, passion, skills, know-how and client relationships,whilst maintaining a deep relationship with PTC. Tasks

• Leadprocess consulting and software integration projects for ourclients as a Master Architect for Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) and Industrial Internet of Things(IoT)
• Create digital transformation roadmapsand customer-specific solution architectures for the implementationand expansion of PTC Windchill andThingWorx
• Manage and coordinate projectteams
• Analyze customer requirements, design andspecify the solutions and ensure their successfulimplementation
• Ensure quality throughappropriate methods and software engineeringprocesses
• Design standardized solutioncomponents as part of the portfolio of DxPServices
• Support the further development of DxPServices’ methods and strategies in the area of PLM andIoT
• Identify potential new projects withclients and support acquisition of this newbusiness
• Support of sales and marketingactivities of DxP Services for strategic customers inEurope
