SAP Analyst Cloud Product & Development Expert (all genders)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product & Development Expert for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to join our dynamic team. To excel in this demanding role, you bring strong expertise in developing compelling SAC applications as well as in the administration and configuration of the platform. As the ideal candidate, you are a motivating, proficient and reliable point of contact for our internal clients, capable of fostering and enhancing our close communication with the manufacturer. With your energy and enthusiasm, you moderate internal and external discussions, and even in challenging conversations, you act with the necessary composure and professionalism to appropriately represent our interests. For this job, a background in Lumira / Design Studio and a SCRUM PSPO1 certification will be an advantage and knowledge of Snowflake and Tableau would also be beneficial. To participate in the partly German-speaking working groups and committees, you have proficient knowledge of the German language and ideally live near our headquarter in Darmstadt so you can join our weekly team meetings in person!Key Responsibilities : SAP Analytics Cloud Project Support : Develop and maintain SAC stories and scripting to support business needs.Stay updated on the latest SAC features and future developments.SAP Analytics Cloud Administration : Support with SAC administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.Community Engagement : Set up and lead community calls, engaging with both the business and developer communities.Foster a collaborative environment to share insights and best practices.SharePoint Site Evolution : Enhance and manage our SharePoint based knowledge base to provide up-to-date resources and information to our stakeholders.Facilitate Trainings : Collaborate with external companies to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAC for the different user groupsStakeholder Interaction : Maintain regular communication with vendor contacts to stay informed of updates and developments.Manage escalations together with internal stakeholders and the vendorProvide regular updates to internal management regarding SAC progress and performance.Backlog Management : Create a strategic roadmap : Decide which new features will be implemented to shape the future of our SAC platform. Write and manage the backlog for the SAC Admin Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.Who you are : Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development and administration.BA in Computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree.Knowledge of Lumira / Design Studio is a plus.Understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile practices, ideally PSPO1Excellent communication and community engagement skills.Experience with designing SharePoint pages.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated and goal oriented.German mandatory.
