Global Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

As Junior Global Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of our global marketing and innovation strategy. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with leading new product developments, ensuring brand consistency, and coordinating cross-functional projects that bring our innovative concepts to life.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end development of new products and ranges, from concept to launch (ability to write concept, positioning template, write brief, debrief…)

- Drive consumer-focused innovation aligned with brand identity and market trends.

- Manage packaging development with operations, procurement, and print partners.

- Ensure technical documentation and packaging comply with legal requirements.

- Safeguard brand consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.

- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and affiliates to support global initiatives.

- Execute global marketing strategies and ensure timely product and packaging launches.

Your profile:

- 7+ years of experience in brand management FMCG and mass consumption products

- Brand sensitive with a strong sense of brand equity and creative concept development

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communicator and excellent stakeholder management to engage with multi-disciplinary teams (Printing department, Supply Chain, Agencies…) to develop top strategies for your brand's success

- Responsible with a problem-solving mindset

- Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset

- Highly skilled in Photoshop

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a marketing or communication related field
