Animalis Talent Solutions is partnering with a global dairy technology company entering an exciting new growth phase in the German market.

This is an opportunity for a technically minded professional with a strong understanding of dairy farming to play a central role in supporting farmers, dealers, and the wider commercial team.

The focus of the role is on application support, customer onboarding, and training , complemented by involvement in pre-sales activities and dealer enablement. Its an ideal position for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, both on-farm and through technology.

The Role

You'll act as the link between innovation and the customer delivering structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure dairy producers and partners get the full value from advanced herd management and automation systems.

You'll also provide technical input during demonstrations and pre-sales discussions, helping design practical solutions that drive measurable impact on-farm.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role suited to someone who understands the realities of dairy farming and enjoys bringing clarity and confidence to others.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured onboarding and training to farmers and dealer partners.

Provide on-farm and remote support to ensure smooth system adoption.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities.

Strengthen dealer capability through coaching and joint farm visits.

Participate in seminars, demonstrations, and industry events.

Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and product insight.

Engage with an international team to share knowledge and best practice.

About You

You're a well-rounded agricultural professional who understands dairy operations and enjoys working with people.

You'll bring :

Practical dairy farming experience or a strong technical background in animal science or livestock management.

Experience with herd management, automation, or precision livestock technology.

Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (essential) .

A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach.

Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
