We are recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate) to join the corporate legal team of a leading publicly listed company on a 14month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for a corporate law specialist with experience advising senior stakeholders in a listed environment.

Tasks

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to management and the supervisory board on corporate governance and legal matters.
  • Managing legal issues related to corporate structuring regulatory compliance and corporate law.
  • Providing legal support on equity and employee participation schemes.
  • Advising on corporate finance transactions including funding structures and investments.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified lawyer with 47 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Experience in a publicly listed company or advising listed clients from private practice.
  • Strong expertise in corporate governance corporate finance and shareholder matters.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior leadership supervisory boards and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German & English.
