Description
We are seeking an Integration Programme Manager to join our Integration Management Office. The Integration Programme Manager is an experienced programme manager with a proven track record of managing Mergers, Acquisitions, Carve Outs and Integration programmes. As a key member of the Integration Management Office (IMO), the Integration Programme Manager will be responsible for all aspects of integration, playing a crucial role in helping to further unite our Consumer Panel Services business within the YouGov group.
You Will :
Lead the integration programme, ensuring all aspects of the integration are effectively planned, executed, and monitored.
Develop and manage the programme roadmap, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve integration objectives.
Oversee project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Manage day-to-day activities of the integration programme, including cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
Support on the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management plan that considers the human aspect of change and its impact on employees.
Act as the primary point of escalation for risks and issues related to both the integration programme
You Have :
A proven track record of managing integration and change initiatives in a post-acquisition context.
Strong understanding of the integration process during mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including cultural, operational, and organizational aspects.
Experience with IT change management to advise on technology changes arising from the integration.
Expertise in programme management and change management methodologies and tools.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor integration initiatives within set timelines and budgets.
Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate strategies.
The ability to independently drive the integration programme, proactively engaging with stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Capability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to drive engagement and adoption of integration and change initiatives.
Solid leadership capabilities to drive integration and change initiatives, motivate teams, and manage resistance effectively.
A collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams through periods of significant change.
High level of adaptability and resilience to manage the complexities and uncertainties of post-acquisition integration.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during the integration and change process.
Ability to develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility of extension.
This vacancy can be based in any of our DACH office locations including Germany (Cologne, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Hamburg), Switzerland (Zurich) or Austria (Vienna) with hybrid working arrangement.
