The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.

Missions

Coordination of projects in the field of industrial technology
Implementation and monitoring of customer requirements
Planning of cross-site concepts, capacities, and project monitoring
Application of industry standards
Technical customer support in collaboration with the project manager
Design evaluation, stabilization of the production process
Planning and regular monitoring of necessary corrections during the development phase
Processing and coordination of prototypes
Planning and coordination of the validation process (process reviews, FMEA)
Accompanying product launches in the production process
Responsibility for the industrialization process
Development and improvement of industry standards

Profie

Completed engineering studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent

Knowledge of process FMEA methods and automated testing systems

Professional experience in automation technology (assembly / testing systems) in a production-related environment in the automotive sector

High degree of initiative and commitment, ability to coordinate and work in a multinational team, and assertiveness

Fluent English skills
