YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and position the global product portfolio for products in construction, adhesives and sealants, focusing on profitability, market trends and competitive landscape

Oversee the full product lifecycle : development, positioning, launch, enhancement, communication, and phase-out

Identify regional market needs and trends, define optimal market penetration

Develop strategic pricing models

Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement

Lead and inspire a diverse, multicultural laboratory team, foster collaboration

Provide global application services and expertise, including lab work, customer trials, internal and external training, and participation in technical conferences

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent qualification

Extensive professional experience in a technical role within the construction and / or adhesive industries, with a strong focus on additives knowledge and application expertise

Proven experience in portfolio management and market analysis

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong ability to co-operate, co-create, and establish strategies and processes to drive business success collaboratively in an international environment

Strategic mindset, and a decisive approach to driving operational initiatives

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage confidently across all levels of the organization

Willingness to travel internationally
