Responsibilities :
- Lead a field sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
- 7-10 years of commercial sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Commercial acumen in analytical chemistry, metrology, or rheology industry preferred.
- Fluency in German and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
