Communications Specialist (m / w / d) - Siemens Energy
For our customer Siemens Energy we are looking for a new team member!
Your Tasks
- The Communication Specialist supports the Transformation & Change Management department within the Center of Excellence function of the Procurement organization
- Promote awareness, communication and engagement in the Procurement community (? 3.500 people) by developing and implementing effective communication formats
- Create engaging written and visual messaging to motivate and inspire employees
- Support communication efforts for global transformational change initiatives (e. g. digitalization projects) across the Procurement organization to accelerate successful adoption of change for all stakeholders
- Develop and execute effective communication and user forums (e.g. newsletters, videos, presentations etc.) to increase adoption and best practices
- Work closely with other Procurement departments, subject matter experts and project teams to ensure alignment
- Measure and analyze performance analytics to continuously improve communications efforts
Your Profile
Bachelors degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferredMinimum of 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovationExcellent organization, project management and communication skillsExceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communicationsAbility to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locationsIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. SharePoint)Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is a plusExperience in digital content creation (e. g. video creation) is preferredExperience working in a global, complex organization is preferredExperience / knowledge in Procurement area is a plusProfessional careers do not always run perfectly or in a straight line.
