Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager who is fluent in German to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in the German-speaking market.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, from strategy to execution.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in various niches within Germany.
• Negotiate partnerships and agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product to integrate influencer initiatives into overall marketing plans.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, particularly within the German-speaking region.

Requirements :

• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a similar role within the German market.
• Strong network of influencers and content creators in Germany across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer databases, social listening tools) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
