Senior Manager / Commercial Excellence Manager
Our Client is acquires companies in Europe in order to reposition and create a potential for operational growth and improvement.
They are seeking to hire a Commercial Excellence Manager (Senior Manager) to work across Europe at their portfolio companies.
Your Responsibilities :
- Assist the portfolio firms in improving their marketing and sales departments with tangible outcomes.
- Analyse issues and create well-founded, quantitative improvement projects.
- Maximise short-term gains and reduce financial losses.
- Create a comprehensive sales plan to boost profits and credibility.
- Evaluate the clientele and range of products offered, and implement streamlining and realignment.
- Form and oversee a local task force with participation from all pertinent parties, and assume temporary line management responsibilities as needed.
- Using each team member's unique strengths, coach and develop others.
Your Qualifications and Requirements :
- Completed a Bachelors Degree, ideally at a top university or in the top 20%.
- International background in leadership reorganisation or consultancy.
- Proven track record of a successful career advancement.
- Demonstrated capacity to inspire and manage multinational teams.
- Strong proficiency in management accounting, including P&L analysis, and financial analysis.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creative problem-solving skills.
- Professional information presentation and communication.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Fluency in two European languages, preferably German, Spanish, or French, as well as English.
- A track record of successfully creating value for a company in a private equity portfolio is advantageous.
