The Role As an HR and Talent Strategy Intern (m / f / d) at Consultport, you will gain a very broad experience on HR topics, Talent Strategy, and how to build a high-performance team. You'll learn how to attract, retain, and develop top talent, develop employer branding campaigns, and how to develop a high-performance culture. Tasks Your Mission Talent Strategy : Identify, attract, and engage with top European talent to join the Consultport team using diverse channels, such as Linkedin, professional networks, and community events, ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience End-to-End Recruiting : learn to manage an entire recruitment process, from writing compelling job descriptions, conducting capabilities-based screenings and interviews, and giving feedback, to making an offer — always applying the market’s best practices Employer Branding : Grow Consultport's employer brand by driving new initiatives, building an employer brand, strengthening relationships with our partners (recruiting sites, universities, etc), and serving as a company ambassador at events High-Performance Work Culture : co-develop initiatives, guidelines, and best practices on how we can constantly improve a work environment that gets out the best of people, working in a hybrid work set-up. Requirements Your Mindset You are a people person. You thrive on speaking with candidates from various backgrounds. You are naturally curious. You are comfortable asking questions, and eager to dive deep into understanding people and their motivations. You embrace ownership. You welcome responsibility and take the initiative to drive projects forward. You are resilient. You can face uncertain, and sometimes stressful situations with confidence. Your Profile About to graduate from university in HR, Business, Psychology, or a similar field. Top academic performance (Top 20% of your class based on grades) Can complete a mandatory internship i.e. you are required to do an internship to graduate OR can receive university credit for internship experience. Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is great but not required Fluency in English is a must, German or French are nice to have Benefits Learn quickly by doing.
