My client is a leading global supplier of chemical and raw materials, providing high-quality products and innovative solutions across various industries. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for their German entities.
In this role, you will manage HR projects, support recruitment for key positions, and design training programs to develop employee skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integration of new hires and maintaining strong communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Drive recruitment strategies for top talent, especially for niche roles (Sales, IT, Quality).
- Oversee the onboarding process for seamless new hire integration.
- Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills.
- Support performance management and career development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and build strong, positive relationships across all organizational levels.
What My Client is Looking For :
Master’s degree in HR or related field.At least 7 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.Expertise in project management and HR development.Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition (especially for hard-to-fill roles).Knowledge of German labour lawsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on confidentiality and trust.Fluent in German and EnglishReady to take your HR career to the next level?
