About the role

This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about helping others learn and grow.

This is an exciting role, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and teams.

You will work closely with the L&D Centre of Excellence to support the delivery of the L&D EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) strategy, including implementing Workday (global Human Resources Information System).

In addition, the role will offer support and guidance to the operational HR team to identify appropriate L&D solutions including management upskilling, development programs, team building, improving communication and building high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess developmental needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Identify and implement L&D solutions for continuous professional development at all workforce levels.
  • Coach and support line managers to apply effective L&D practices.
  • Partner with external providers to create customized developmental content.
  • Design and deliver various developmental programs, including e-learning and webinars, tailored to business and individual needs.
  • Review and recommend training options through cost / benefit analysis, maintaining measurement and control systems for ROI evidence.

Your qualifications and skills :

  • Recent graduate educated to degree level. A degree specialising in Education, HR, Business, Psychology, Creative Media or a related field would be desirable. We would also consider someone who has a technical degree, but is passionate about learning and wanting to take a different career path.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a project at university for example.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of learning styles and learning methods would be desirable.
