WHAT YOULL DO

As Junior Manager Product Experiences you will oversee the exciting holistic journey of product seeding for one of our partners from the sports industry. Your primary focus in this role will be to coordinate and execute seeding and product management projects. You will connect our existing and future clients with athletes sports clubs and other partners across the globe. You will be part of something big.   • Build longterm solid transparent partnerships with our stakeholders partners and service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliated partners and our internal brand teams.
  • Ensure that the right workflows and standards of product seedings are implemented.
  • Develop and execute our product management and seeding strategies as well as marketing tools.
  • Coordinate various seeding projects and product handling (including placing orders checking orders negotiating prices packing and sending seeding products as well as handling of returns).
  • Make sure that projects are executed on time and within the given budget.
  • Control the budget of given projects.
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are always met.
  • Drive favorable brand conversations.
  • Monitor collaboration and report back to our partners our community and Managing Board.
  • Closely observe performance of the campaigns conduct analysis of success metrics report the results and propose improvements to grow our partnerships.

  • Experienced. You have at least two years of (product) marketing experience including experience working with brands influencers and content creators ideally in the sports industry.
  • Skilled. You feel comfortable with managing projects and have excellent business communication skills.

  • Communication Driven. You are business fluent in German and English. You have outstanding spoken and written communication skills and listening skills. As a result you can present complex ideas in a straightforward way to a variety of audiences.
