Corporate Receptionist LUX / GE / EN / FR

Role and responsibilities :
- Welcome, assist and direct clients, visitors appropriately to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience
- Providing hospitality support for the meeting rooms with beverage services
- Managing central telephone calls and email correspondence, responding or escalating as necessary
- Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, consumables
- Providing assistance with incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating courier services
- Assisting in a variety of office support tasks if needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements :
Previous experience as a front office receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleaguesYou will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretionExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentYou are proficient in MS OfficeYou are fluent in German Luxembourgish, French and EnglishWhat You Can Expect :
