Your tasks :
Together with the data center management, you will introduce IT service management processes at the data center according to ITSM standards and control, document and improve these processes permanently after their introduction.You will document, optimize and digitize internal data center work processes for task, personnel and financial planning and continuously develop them further.You introduce procedures and tools for the management of IT projects in the data center and are permanently responsible for their management and controlling.You are responsible for the quality assurance of internal processes and the external presentation of the data center in the form of service catalogs, reports, web and intranet contributions and develop key performance indicators for the services together with the specialist departments.Your profile :
Ideally, you have a university degree in business informatics, business administration with a focus on computer science or in another subject related to computer science.Sound specialist knowledge of the structure and operation of IT servicesSpecialist knowledge of ITSM processes along the FitSM (preferred), ITIL or similar standardsKnowledge or experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes, preferably in the IT environment, and you know the basics of process documentation and quality assuranceYou are familiar with project management methods and tools and can introduce and implement them convincinglyVery good written and spoken German and English skills are required (at least level C1)Personal skills :
