What to expect :

• Project Planning : Developing project plans, setting objectives, and outlining strategies to achieve project goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as investors, government agencies, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
• Permitting and Regulatory Compliance : Obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing biomass energy projects.
• Budgeting and Cost Management : Estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
• Procurement : Sourcing equipment, materials, and services required for project implementation, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Construction Management : Overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Operations and Maintenance : Supervising the operation and maintenance of biomass facilities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and addressing any operational issues that arise.

What we are seeking :

• Completed a degree in a mechanical or civil engineering or an equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in biomass.
• Commercial background in procurement.
• Have experience in waste incineration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good influencing and leadership skills.
• Can do attitude.
• Passionate about a low carbon future and committed to making the vision a reality.
• Team player mentality.
