Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, back office, or administration is a plus but not required
  • EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal
