Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a well-established player in the industrial production sector and a market leader, for the position of Shift Team Leade r (m / w / x).

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for :

  • Supervising and leading the production operators, ensuring daily performance tracking.
  • Developing versatility within your team to effectively meet client needs.
  • Ensuring the safety of employees by monitoring behavior and reporting any risks or hazardous conditions.
  • Supporting and motivating your team to strengthen their commitment and skills, while emphasizing the importance of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Implementing Lean tools and methods to promote continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet the quality, performance, and productivity goals set by management.
  • Identifying discrepancies, anticipating problems, and implementing corrective action plans while tracking progress.
  • Taking concrete actions to reduce customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.

Your profile :

  • You hold a technical or mechanical degree (minimum Bac+3 level).
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or production environment.
  • You are willing to work in shift hours (3x8).
  • You have solid knowledge in logistics, stock management, and process control.
  • You are Lean-oriented and proficient with associated tools and concepts.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate your team.
  • You are organized, proactive, and demonstrate autonomy in completing your tasks.
  • You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
